Refund Deadlines:
- 30+ days before the event (no later than April 13, 2026): 50% refund of payment.
- After April 13, 2026: No refund.
How to request a refund:
Submit a detailed request by emailing events@weconnectinternational.org.
Refunds are processed within 30 business days.
If WEConnect International Changes the Event:
- Event Cancellation: You will be offered a 100% refund.
- Event Postponement: You may choose a 100% refund or a credit for the rescheduled event.
- Force Majeure: Credits or rescheduling options may be offered.
Ticket Transfers:
Transfers to another event attendee within your organization are allowed up to 30 days before the event (April 13-May 13, 2026) at no cost.
